On Your Mark at Catalyst – X Marks the Spot in Kwambekenya

2009 marks our third year at Catalyst…  over 12,000 people from 2,500 churches coming together to impact the next generation of church leaders.

This year we are very excited about partnering with Catalyst to create 12,000 leather X key chains to be given out at the conference.  Every “X” was hand cut and hand branded with a “143” by the people in The 410 Bridge community of Kwambekenya.  The 143 represents the number of orphaned children living in the world today (143 Million).  Catalyst is challenging the American church to make a difference in the lives of these orphans.

We’ve also agreed to sell the “X’s” on our web site.  By purchasing an “X” for $10, you can be a part of creating sustainable micro-businesses in Kenya, while impacting the quality of life for orphaned and vulnerable children.  Buy a 143 leather “X”…  use it as a key chain, zipper tag, or put it on a necklace and make a difference in the lives of orphans in the world!

Go to the 410 Store or www.143million.org.
