Introducing Chris Joiner as CEO of The 410 Bridge

Exciting Leadership Transition

To our 410 Bridge Family:

We are pleased to announce Chris Joiner as the new CEO of The 410 Bridge!

Chris has served our organization for more than two years, initially as Director of International Programs and most recently as President. In both roles, Chris has demonstrated a commitment to servant-leadership and a deep passion for Christ-centered community development.  As President, Chris pioneered our expansion into three new countries this year: Indonesia, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.

“Chris Joiner’s ability to lead with a glass-half-full – if not overflowing! – attitude will help us find innovative ways to meet the challenges our partner communities face, leading to even greater impact.  ”

Kurt Kandler

Prior to joining the 410 Bridge, Chris served as Vice President at Family Legacy, Director of Communities at Passion City Church, and City Director at Campus Crusade. With 15 years of leadership experience in mission-focused organizations, Chris is well-equipped to drive the 410 Bridge mission forward. His strategic vision and passion for empowering communities ensure he is the ideal leader to guide us toward even greater impact.

“It is a great honor to step into this role, and I am looking forward to carrying on the work that has been started. 410 Bridge will continue to create sustainable change in vulnerable areas of the world, to pioneer innovative solutions to poverty, and to actively engage churches in our endeavors as we become a trusted brand in international missions.”

-Chris Joiner

We are deeply grateful to our Founder, Kurt Kandler, for faithfully serving as CEO for these past 18 years. Without Kurt’s leadership and dedication to redefining the war on poverty, our organization would not exist as it does today – and thousands of lives would not have been impacted for the better. We look forward to Kurt’s continued service to our organization as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of the Global Outreach Network.

As an organization, we are expectant and excited for this new season of growth. Please join us in welcoming Chris into this new role!

New Year: Next Level Ministry

A New Year frequently evokes a multitude of emotions, deeply influenced by various reasons based on the season of life one is at. For many, it symbolizes a rejuvenating fresh start—a precious opportunity to release the burdens of the past and embrace the future brimming with hope. While children are thrilled to reunite with their classmates and dive back into the classroom environment, they may also grapple with a sense of déjà vu; the inevitability of returning to homework, assignments, and the pressure of upcoming exams can cast a shadow over their eagerness for new beginnings.
