CLEAN Water in Karima!!!

Karima

Last time I was in Karima was July of 2009.  The team I was with spent time one day helping the ladies in the community fetch water from a stream just outside the community.  Some of the women and children in Karima would walk miles several times a day simply to gather water for drinking, cooking, washing, etc.

Fast Forward… (imagine the sound of a VHS tape being fast forwarded)

I was in Karima last week and saw a very different sight.  It really was an incredible thing to witness.  I guess I could try to explain what I saw… but it is better for you to see it for yourself.

It really was a cool sight!!!!
