410 Intern for BigStuf Camp Experience!

We are in the process of recruiting an intern to run our 410 Bridge Experience this summer at all the BigStuf Camps in Panama City Beach, Florida.  If you or someone you know is interested in applying for our internship or you would like to know more, please email Elisa Allred:  Elisa@410Bridge.org

 

Why be a 410 Summer Intern?

The 410 Bridge Intern will be representing 410 to the BigStuf Campers and Leaders through running the 410 Experience during the 7 weeks of camp this summer.  You will have the opportunity to minister and interact with new campers every week that are seeking a deeper relationship with the Lord.  You will be not only be representing 410 Bridge, but also our communities in Kenya and Haiti.  So, you have the opportunity to be apart of lasting change in those countries without even having to cross the ocean.

 

Applicant Requirements:

-Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

-Actively involved in local church or Christian Organization

-Must have completed one year of college and/or graduated high school by June 2011.

-Must be willing to raise support to cover expenses

-Must have the ability to do manual labor and work some long days

-Must be willing to learn about The 410 Bridge and our mission

-Must be available to start internship on May 28, 2012.

One Day At Church

Learnings From Kiu, Kenya

Our partnership with Kiu community started way back in 2009 making it one of the first communities to partner with the 410 Bridge since its inception in Kenya in 2006. 

At the 410 Bridge, we work through the community leaders who ensure continuity of the community’s development even after graduation. During our partnership journey, we walk alongside indigenous community leaders and church leaders as they mobilize and unify the community to participate in their own development – shifting their perspectives and owning the solutions.
